血清里面是有天然的激素的,血清生产过程主要是将血清提出来以后进行了过滤除菌处理,不会在血清成分上做增减,因此血清中是含有一些天然的激素的,但是没有额外添加激素进去。

可以,普诺赛实验室分别用2%、4%、6%的马血清诱导C2C12细胞3~7天,均出现明显的肌管,其中6%马血清诱导会更快出现肌管。
