| 产品简介 | MTT全称为3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-dipHenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide，汉语化学名为 3-（4，5-二甲基噻唑-2）-2，5-二苯基四氮唑溴盐，商品名：噻唑蓝，是一种黄颜色的染料。MTT能够检测细胞存活和生长，其检测原理为：活细胞线粒体中的琥珀酸脱氢酶，能使外源性MTT还原为不溶于水的蓝紫色结晶物--甲瓒（Formazan），并沉积在细胞中，而死细胞则无此功能；二甲基亚砜（DMSO）能溶解细胞中的甲瓒，用酶标仪在490nm或570nm波长处（常用490nm）测定其光吸收值（OD值），通过OD值的大小，可以判断活细胞的数量或活性，在一定细胞数范围内，MTT结晶形成的量与活细胞的数量或活性成正比。该方法的特点是灵敏度高，并且十分经济，已广泛应用于一些生物活性因子的活性检测、大规模的抗肿瘤药物筛选、细胞毒性试验以及肿瘤放射敏感性测定等。 |
