  1. 1.该细胞容易聚团,传代第二天轻微聚团甚至漂浮为正常现象,无需换液继续培养2-3天后细胞可正常贴壁;2.细胞聚团严重影响细胞生长后,可用胰酶消化细胞使之重新分散,传代后少动少换液,聚团会有改善。

背景描述 SH-SY5Y细胞是于1970年建自骨瘤转移灶的神经母细胞瘤SK-N-SH细胞系经3次克隆后的亚系(SK-N-SH→SH-SY→SH-SY5→SH-SY5Y)。SH-SY5Y细胞显示中等水平的多巴胺-β-羟基酶活性,SH-SY5Y细胞的饱和密度大于1×10<sup>6</sup>/cm<sup>2</sup>。
