背景描述 | NIH/3T3细胞是从NIH Swiss小鼠胚胎培养物中建立的高度接触性抑制的连续传代细胞株。为了培育在形态学特征上更适合于进行转化分析的亚株,建立的NIH/3T3细胞株又进行了5轮以上亚克隆。NIH/3T3细胞对肉瘤病毒的转化灶形成和白血病病毒的繁殖高度敏感,对DNA转化及转染研究十分有用;NIH/3T3细胞鼠痘病毒阴性。 |
