不能用胰酶消化,建议用5毫升移液器直接吹下来,不要用巴氏管吹,巴氏管力道过小,容易吹不下细胞,造成细胞残留而浪费细胞。如果吹不下来,可以用细胞刮刀刮下来,刮刀注意要顺着一个方向,不要来回刮,以免损伤细胞。 细胞贴壁时间过长容易分化,建议高密度勤传代细胞,不要低密度长时间培养。
