背景描述 Raji细胞由PulvertaftRJV于1963年从一位11岁黑人男孩的左上颌骨的Burkitt淋巴瘤中分离建立的,是第一个人类造血系统的连续传代细胞,为B细胞起源。该细胞中含有EBV,可作转染宿主。
