Q1:用于培养SCC-9细胞培养基中氢化可的松如何配制?
氢化可的松是用DMSO先配制母液,再用培养基稀释成所需浓度400 ng/mL,具体的可参考:取4 mg的氢化可的松粉末,溶于1 mL 的DMSO,再稀释一万倍(可以用培养基稀释),就是400 ng/mL了;您也可以计算方便的称取的数量,但是注意DMSO用量,一般加到培养基里的不高于万分之一,否则会影响细胞生长。
