  1. 1.PC-12(Undifferentiated)细胞正常生长状态为悬浮聚团,若需要用NGF诱导时,需要使用多聚-L-赖氨酸溶液(货号PB180523)包被培养瓶后促使细胞贴壁。
  2. 2.Undifferentiated、Low differentiation和High differentiation的区别:Undifferentiated的PC-12从形态上看是圆形的,聚团生长的漂浮细胞。
  3. Low differentiation的成多角形,有较短的突起。
  4. High differentiation的细胞有多个突起,突起数目不等,突触较长,类似神经元轴突。3.Low differentiation和High differentiation是在Undifferentiated的PC-12基础上诱导产生的,Low differentiation和High differentiation指的与神经细胞表型的相似程度,High differentiation更接近神经细胞表型。

背景描述 PC-12(Undifferentiated)细胞是来自能移植的雄性大鼠肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤。PC-12(Undifferentiated)细胞表达神经生长因子(NGF)受体,NGF可诱导产生神经表型。PC-12(Undifferentiated)细胞不合成肾上腺素。
