| 产品简介 | 胰蛋白酶（Trypsin）是一种丝氨酸水解酶，它能把多肽链中赖氨酸和精氨酸残基中的羧基侧切段，水解细胞间的蛋白质，破坏细胞间的连接，从而使组织或贴壁细胞离散成单个细胞。胰酶分散细胞的活性与组织或细胞的特性、胰酶浓度、温度和作用时间有关，在pH8.0和37℃时，胰酶的作用能力最强，因此使用胰酶时，应把握好浓度、温度和时间，以免消化过度造成细胞损伤。 一般常用胰酶的工作浓度为0.25%，而半贴壁细胞或对胰酶敏感的细胞常采用低浓度（0.05%）的胰酶进行细胞消化。由于EDTA能够螯合Ca2+和Mg2+，从而破坏细胞连接促进细胞的解离，因此在胰酶溶液中常常会加入一定量的EDTA混合使用，以增强解离效果。 |

可以使用0.25%的胰酶加PBS，体积比1：1混合稀释配制而成。

Q2:胰蛋白酶放4度放多久，我再官网上查询只有“不宜长时间放置于室温环境或2~8℃长期保存”？
如果您的用量比较少的情况，建议把胰酶分装到15mL的离心管中，留出1管放在4℃使用，剩余的放进-20℃保存，使用胰酶的时候，建议是常温复温到不冰手使用就可以。
