细胞生长过程中会有大约10%活细胞单颗漂浮,这部分细胞单独培养不会贴壁,培养过程中不用特别处理,生长过程中会产生碎片。

细胞培养时间越长越难消化,每次消化时间可能不固定,消化时以细胞镜下状态为准,细胞触角收缩,细胞间隙明显变大,轻拍培养瓶细胞可以脱落时可终止消化,注意轻柔吹打细胞。
