  1. 1.Undifferentiated、Low differentiation和High differentiation的区别:Undifferentiated的PC-12从形态上看是圆形的,聚团生长的漂浮细胞;Low differentiation的成多角形,有较短的突起;High differentiation的细胞有多个突起,突起数目不等,突触较长,类似神经元轴突。2.Low differentiation和High differentiation是在Undifferentiated的PC-12基础上诱导产生的,Low differentiation和High differentiation指的与神经细胞表型的相似程度,High differentiation更接近神经细胞表型。
