    我们的细胞从引种回来一直是DMEM的培养条件,没有变过,是可以直接使用DMEM或者我们的专用培养基直接培养的;至于文献里和咱们培养体系有差异,原因是有的老师自己实验室变更了培养条件,建议还是优先使用原厂家的培养条件,避免细胞不适应。
