Q1:LLC传代的时候能不能只传悬浮的或者只传贴壁的?
不建议,这样会丢失部分细胞导致传代密度过低,通常我们需要将悬浮细胞先收集到离心管,然后消化下贴壁细胞,最后将两部分的细胞混合后进行均匀分瓶传代。

贴壁细胞形态既有圆形细胞,也有梭形细胞,部分细胞可能是从圆形细胞到梭形细胞过渡的形态,呈现多种形态比如梭形、方形、三角形等,是正常的。
